How To Get There
Beast in the East is situated just 5 minutes from Junction 3 M25
Address is Canada Heights, Button Street, Swanley, Kent, BR8 8DX (Google Map), which is off the A20 between Farningham and Swanley.
Leave the M20 or M25 at the Swanley Interchange (Junction 3 M25) following the brown Brands Hatch chequered flag signs. On the roundabout underneath the motorway pick up the RAC/AA/Club signs to the meeting. Take the Farningham / Brands Hatch exit from the roundabout. Go straight over the roundabout by the council yard and take the first left (Button Street). The track is approximately 1 mile down the lane on the right hand side before the motorway tunnel
Parking
There are plenty of parking spaces available at the site. Please note that while we can park you right at the venue, there is only one entrance and exit so there might be a short queue while you exit the site.
Information
There will be an information point in the start / finish area.
Baggage
The start / finish area is really close to the car park so please leave bags in your cars. If coming by public transport, leave your bag at the info desk, it’ll be manned at all times.
Changing
Men and Women's changing marquees will be available. You should arrive in your running clothes but please bring another complete set of warm clothing with you. Do not go home in any wet clothing. Please note, there are no showers.
What to Wear?
Clothing
You will get dirty and wet. We recommend that you wear a synthetic T-shirt on your upper body and shorts or possibly some running tights on your legs. The materials should ideally wick away sweat and dry quickly when wet. Cotton is not good at this. Technical breathable fabrics are perfect for this event and are strongly recommended. Remember, when cotton gets wet it gets heavy.
Footwear
Off-road running shoes would be ideal for the terrain but otherwise your normal running shoes. If you have an old pair, we recommend you wear those instead of your shiny new ones. No spikes please.
Course
This motocross circuit is awesome. The circuit itself is 1.8k around so after a lap we’ll take you off on to the wooded trails and grassy tracks surrounding it. This really is a pretty run but a tough one and hilly throughout. Did we mention that you will be running a second lap of the circuit at the end?
First Aid
Medical support will be present on the course and at the finish. You should be relatively fit and have no known medical conditions. Please note - do not run with a cold or flu. This can be extremely dangerous.
Toilets
Start and finish area.
Water
Water will be available once on the course and at the finish. Please bring your own water to drink prior to the start.
Prizes

Hot Food & Drink
Will be available for purchase at the event.
